Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

Live Plants:

  • To raise a replacement claim for live plants, please share an uncut unboxing video with us on the same day of delivery.

General Items:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You can initiate a return through the account section on our website. Go to Your Account > Orders > Return Item.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return:
    • Log in to your account on paudhewale.com.
    • Navigate to the "Orders" section.
    • Select the order you wish to return and click on "Return Item".
  2. Receive Authorization:
    • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item:
    • Securely package the item, include the return authorization, and ship it back to us.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through your account will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation, we can either replace the product or provide you with a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we receive, inspect, and accept your return, we’ll send you the correct product within 3 days. For exchanges and replacements, you need to send the items back to us at your own expense, unless the return is due to damaged goods or wrong items delivered by us. In such cases, the return shipment charge will be borne by us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
