Important Update for Plant Purchases:
Plant products are non-returnable. However, if you receive a dead or damaged plant, you are eligible for a full refund within 12-24 hours after the refund is approved. The refund will be credited directly to your original payment method. While replacements are also an option, we prioritize refunds by default to ensure customer protection. The only condition is that you provide an uncut unboxing video of the moment you receive the package as proof for your claim.

Return Claim Policy:
Return claims must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. No requests will be processed beyond this period.
