Do you deliver pan-India? Which pincodes are covered?
Yes, Paudhewale delivers to 20,000+ pincodes across India. You can check if your pincode is serviceable directly on the product page using the Check Delivery tool. Availability may vary by seller and pincode.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune usually receive orders within 3 to 5 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 to 10 days. Estimated delivery is shown on each product page.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available on request for most orders. You will see the COD badge on eligible product pages. Prepaid orders are prioritised for faster dispatch and better plant handling, especially for fragile or rare plants.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Every plant is carefully wrapped in moisture-retaining material, secured in a sturdy corrugated box, and layered with protective cushioning. Fragile pots and oversized plants receive extra reinforcement. Our nursery partners follow strict packaging SOPs verified by Paudhewale.
Can I track my order after placing it?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also visit paudhewale.com/tracking and enter your Order ID and phone number or email to see live updates anytime.
My pincode shows not serviceable. What can I do?
Try a nearby pincode at your closest delivery address, or check back later as we are regularly expanding coverage. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 79695 13372 and we will try to arrange delivery manually for high-demand pincodes.

Will the plant I receive look exactly like the photo?
Plants are living things and no two are identical. The photo shows a representative specimen of the variety. The plant you receive will be the same species, health level, and approximate size shown, but natural variations in colour, leaf pattern, and shape are normal and expected.
My new plant is wilting after delivery. What should I do?
Mild wilting after transit is completely normal. Remove the plant from packaging immediately, water it gently until water drains from the bottom, place it in bright indirect light for 48 to 72 hours, and avoid direct sunlight for the first week. Most plants recover within 2 to 3 days. If there is no improvement contact us.
What size or age of plant will I receive?
The product listing mentions the pot size and approximate plant height or age, for example 6-inch pot with 1 to 1.5 ft height. If you need a specific size, check the product description carefully or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Do you sell rare or exotic plants?
Yes! We have a growing catalogue of rare aroids, exotic orchids, collector succulents, and uncommon fruit varieties through our verified nursery partners. Browse the Rare Plants section or use the search bar. You can also request a specific variety via WhatsApp.
Do you provide care instructions with the plant?
Yes. Every order includes a printed care card inside the box with watering frequency, light requirements, and seasonal tips for that specific plant. Detailed digital care guides are also available on each product page.
What should I do with seeds when they arrive?
Seeds are packed in moisture-proof pouches. Store them in a cool dry place if not sowing immediately. Each seed product page has a care guide with sowing depth, temperature, germination time, and seasonal advice.

Every plant sold on Paudhewale comes with our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or significantly different from what was shown, we will replace it free of charge with no questions asked. Simply share an unboxing photo or short video within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I claim the Live Arrival Guarantee?
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 79695 13372 or email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Share your Order ID, clear photos or video of the plant and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will process your replacement within 2 to 3 business days.
My plant arrived wilted. Is wilting covered?
Mild wilting is not covered as it is a normal transit effect that usually reverses within 2 to 3 days of watering and rest in indirect light. However if the plant is completely dead with no signs of life, or has broken stems that cannot recover, it is fully covered under the guarantee.
Does the guarantee apply to seeds and bulbs?
Seeds and bulbs are guaranteed against non-germination only if the sowing conditions listed on the product page are followed correctly. Since germination depends on multiple environmental factors we evaluate each case individually. Contact us if your seeds fail to germinate within the stated timeframe.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and BHIM, Credit and Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and Rupay, Net Banking, EMI on eligible orders via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on select pincodes on request. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
Do not retry immediately. Wait 30 minutes as most payment providers auto-reverse failed transactions. If the amount is not reversed within 24 hours email us at [email protected] with your bank transaction reference and we will resolve it within 2 working days.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or replacements for dead or damaged plants on arrival within 24 hours, wrong plant delivered, or significantly inaccurate sizing. We do not accept returns for plants that were healthy on arrival but later declined due to incorrect care or environmental conditions. Seeds and soil are non-returnable once opened.
I received the wrong plant. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 79695 13372 with your Order ID and photos of the plant received. We will arrange a free collection and send the correct plant at no additional cost.
How long does a replacement take?
After we confirm your replacement request within 1 to 2 business days, the new plant is dispatched within 3 to 5 business days depending on stock availability at the nursery. You will receive tracking details once dispatched.
