Castor Oil Cake For Plants 450 Grams

Castor cake is prepared by extracting castor oil from castor seeds. The by-product (castor cake) is used as bio fertilizer and bio pesticide in crops. It provides needful nutrient to soil. It protects roots from nematodes and other pest attack. It enhances fertility of the soil at a long term period.

It can be mixed properly in soil. It also contains other needful nutritional elements like Phosphorous and Potash. In addition to this, it also has traces of micro nutrients like Mn, Zn, and Cu. For existing plants, Dig a trench around 2-3 inches deep all around the plant leaving 3 inches from the plant trunk. Uniformly spread the castor oil cake powder in the trench and then cover the trench with soil. Water the plant immediately.

Indoor plants & ornamental plants: 40 to 50 grams per plant per month. Flowering & outdoor plants: 60 to 90 grams per plant per month. Kitchen garden plants: 40 to 50 grams per plant per month. Lawn & planting beds: 10*10 square feet 4kgs once in 3 months. For trees 0.5 kg to 0.75 kg per tree per month. Dosage of the fertilizer can be increased depending upon the plants requirement, soil condition and climate. Morning and evening time is best to do any garden work.
