- 40% or Above SLA Non-Compliance: Payouts will be temporarily held until dispatch timelines are improved and compliance is restored.
3. Escalation and Penalty
- Sellers who fail to improve after the first reminder will receive a second reminder.
- If non-compliance persists beyond the 40% threshold after two reminders, Paudhewale.com reserves the right to:
- Continue holding payouts.
- Apply penalties as per the marketplace’s policies.
- Temporarily restrict seller account privileges, if necessary.
4. Resolution and Support
- Sellers are encouraged to resolve dispatch delays promptly to avoid payout holds.
- Proactive communication with buyers about unavoidable delays is recommended.
