4. Commission Structure

Affiliates can earn up to 10% commission on sales generated through their unique links. Commissions are based on the sale amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Please note that commission rates are determined by the platform and may change without prior notification. Payments are processed monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of ₹500.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Adhere to our advertising guidelines.
• Do not use deceptive practices.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your affiliate link.
• Do not harm our brand or violate laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate your participation at any time for violations or unethical behavior. Upon termination, your affiliate links and dashboard access will be deactivated.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited license to use our brand materials for promotion. All intellectual property remains ours.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program, including tracking errors or payment delays.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
